Our item is guaranteed against defects.
Exchange for defective products only within 5 days upon received shipment. Please e-mail or call us for a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization)
number and instruction first before the return. Buyer pays all shipping and handling with insurance.

All accessories and original package must be included for RMA.
3. Item returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expenses and
a 25% of restocking fee will be charged to the buyer.
4. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, or not claimed or delivered, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
5. All sales are final and no returns and refunds will be accepted and issued.
No exchanges or refund on used items.
