Shipping Policy

1. We only ship to United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. Due to security reasons, we only ship to confirmed addresses (PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express), no exceptions to this rule. P.O. Box is not accepted. When make payment through paypal, please make sure the shipping address is correct.

2. We will send out the item within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Normally, estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days for major cities worldwide. The actual delivery time may vary from countries.

3. Tracking No. will be emailed to your PayPal email address after the product is shipped out. Please add our email hans.a@luckygroupcorp.com to your safe list, otherwise, please check your Junk Mail box for our messages.

4. Buyer needs to pay shipping and handling charges, which is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Shipping insurance fee is optional. But the shipping insurance is recommended. We are absolutely not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages.

5. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in the buyer's country. We are absolutely not responsible for any taxes or customs fee. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, or not claimed or delivered, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.

6. Please contact us within one month if you don't receive the item. Otherwise, we would consider that the item has been received.
